This next Monday, June 29, the Dry Bean Jam will be a surprise birthday party for Beth Graham (Patty’s mom). Beth, a photo-snapping fixture at the jam and stalwart bluegrass supporter, is celebrating her 93rd birthday, and all those who know and love her are invited to attend.

The evening starts as usual with a jam session from 6:30 to 7:30. You can sign up for a set for the open mic, which runs from 7:30 to 9:30, and then there’s another jam until 10:30.

And shhhhhhhhh! Just because it’s on the SWBMAI home page doesn’t mean Beth knows about it. Let’s keep it a secret until Monday. See you all there.
